FOR THE BROWNIE
  1. 1 stick butter
  2. 4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
  3. 2 cups sugar
  4. 4 eggs
  5. 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
  6. 1 cup all purpose flour
  7. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  9. CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE
  10. ​1- 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  11. 1/3 cup sugar
  12. 1 egg
  13. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  14. ​20 Andes candies, chopped fine
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  3. ​In a 2 quart saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over medium heat, stirring until chocolate and butter have melted and incorporated together.
  4. Let cool slightly.
  5. ​Add the sugar and stir to combine.
  6. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.
  7. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
  8. Stir into chocolate mixture and stir to combine completely.
  9. Pour brownie mixture into prepared pan and set aside.
  10. Make the Cream Cheese Mixture.
  11. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla in a bowl with an electric mixer.
  12. When combined, fold in the chopped candies.
  13. ​Drop cream cheese mixture by spoonfuls on top of the brownie batter.
  14. Use a knife and swirl two batters together.
  15. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  16. Let cool completely.
