Ingredients
  1. 1 pound ground turkey
  2. 1/4 cup milk
  3. 2 slices white bread, torn in small pieces
  4. 3/4 cup diced onion
  5. 1/2 cup diced celery
  6. 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  7. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  8. 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  9. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  10. 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, pour milk over torn bread crumbs and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, saute onions and celery until soft.
  4. When vegetables just begin to soften, add the dried cranberries and saute 2 minutes more.
  5. Let cool.
  6. In bowl with bread crumbs, add ground turkey, salt, pepper, garlic powder and sage.
  7. Add cooled vegetable mixture to bowl and mix ingredients until completely combined.
  8. Form into 12 equal size meatballs.
  9. Place on lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes or internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  10. Serve on mashed sweet potatoes with gravy.
